I just got off of the live chat with Stoney. My problem is solved.
There is a bad dns record somewhere out on the net, messing up the rout to my mail server. Stoney figured that out and helped me get my mail flowing again.

The live chat support crew has helped me out other times as well. For instance when I miss read the instructions for creating ftp accounts.

I think host monster has really good customer service. They have a bunch of screen cast/video tutorials as well. I don’t use them for myself a whole lot but if i need to explain something to somebody … some times pointing them at the video tutorial is a really slick way to solve something.
